Processing Time
All of our products are handmade, which means we need a little time to make them perfect for you!

Custom Orders: May take slightly longer depending on design complexity — we’ll always keep you updated!
Shipping Time (After Dispatch)
Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

International: 7–15 business days (delays may occur due to customs or local postal services)
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — keep an eye out for promotions!
Delays & Lost Parcels

Incorrect Address?

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Mist & Memories, each item is handmade with love and care. We want you to love your order just as much as we loved creating it! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll do our best to make it right!
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items. If approved, we will either:

Replace the item, or

Offer a store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping)
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom or personalised items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale or discounted items
Return Shipping
If an item needs to be returned due to a defect or issue on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason (where applicable), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Processing Time for Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item and it’s been inspected, we will notify you of the approval and process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 business days.
